As a hard-working doctor, Dr. Peter Aelbrecht (1965) suffered serious energy problems himself in 1999. The diagnosis: burn-out. He went looking for solutions, but discovered that there were few good therapeutic models for tackling energy problems such as CFS, fibromyalgia, burn-out and depression.
He followed different training courses in Belgium and abroad in order ultimately to develop a new multidisciplinary model. This model has been based on classical Western medical science combined with a number of alternative therapies having sufficient scientific foundation, such as craniosacral therapy, mindfulness and consciousness therapy.
He has been head of a team of doctors, osteopaths, dieticians, psychologists, physical trainers and life coaches in an energy clinic in Aalst, Belgium since 2006.
